Synopsis:
A cause de problèmes d’argent, Kôtarô Satomi, lycéen, se voit contraint de vivre dans un Rokujôma (un minuscule appartement d’environ 9 mètres carré). L’appartement semble d’abord être une bonne affaire : Kôtarô n’a même pas de loyer à payer ! Mais au fil du temps, il comprendra que c’est parce que l’appartement est « maudit ». Le jeune lycéen va en effet faire la rencontre des autres « locataires » de l’appartement : Sanae Higashihongan, le fantôme ; Yurika Nijino, la magical girl ; Kiriha Kurano, l’habitante souterraine et Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe, l’extraterrestre.
